Our Team

Bianca graduated as a medical office specialist, specializing in medical billing and coding. She started her career as an optician and practiced for 7 amazing years. In her 7 years as an optician in both optometry and ophthalmology offices, she found her passion and calling: billing! Now as a specialist, Bianca works as a full-time optometric biller. She cherishes spending time with her family, she enjoys crocheting, and she loves coffee tasting with her husband.

Jazmine is an integral part of our Patient Services team. The woman behind the warm smile that greets you at the front door or over the phone has years of experience in administrative detail and customer service. Jazmine loves data and is working toward her certificate in data analysis. Away from the office, she like to paint, build Legos, & and play video games.

Kenny keeps the whole team working together as their mascot and office manager. With experience as an optician, he’s a problem solver and an expert at customer service. Kenny DJs in his spare time and is a killer guitar player. He loves going to concerts, and around town you’re likely to find him at our local breweries.

Liam is a jack of all trades at Iron Horse Optometric. As an optometric technician, Liam helps our doctors make sure that your eye exam is efficient, thorough, and accurate. As an optical technician, Liam is gifted at fitting, fixing, and adjusting glasses. He especially loves supporting and taking stress off of his teammates so that they can provide the best patient care possible. It’s obvious how much he cares about the quality of his work and the pride that he takes in helping his patients. On days off, Liam goes camping, hikes with his dog, reads, and plays chess.

Lulu grew up in France carrying pencils everywhere to capture the beauty around her. Knowing she wanted to help people feel amazing in what they wear and see, Lulu enrolled in fashion school and studied the mechanism of vision and color perception, which made her a better artist. After years in fashion, Lulu translated her skills and passion to the optical industry. As an optician, she brings the colorful beauty of the world to her patients through lenses, and she fits them with glasses that make them feel their absolute best. Out of the office, Lulu continues to work on her art, she drives across the state for her sons’ soccer games, and she spoils her needy Frenchie.

Macey earned her bachelor’s degree in linguistics from SJSU. She has a fascination with world languages, communities, and cultures; and she loves using her knowledge and background to help others in need. It’s reflected in Macey’s work ethic as an optometric technician. Patients can easily tell how much Macey cares about them. In her personal time, she still enjoys studying world languages and spending time with friends and family.
